Committed to evidence-based policy and decision-making, she ensures the voices of those with lived experience influence outcomes. Kathy excels in combining data-driven insights with strategic partnerships to create and deliver shared visions.

Enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. Occasionally runs or walks the local roads, with aspirations of marathon relay participation. Passionate about education and community service, she supports a local post-primary school as a governor and chair of its Audit and Risk Committee. She also serves on the board of Co. Down Rural Community Network and is Vice Chair of the Belfast City Airport Consultative Forum.
