Experienced practitioner, with thirty years’ experience in the public sector as both a senior leader and consultant. Andy has spent many years working in the areas of health & social care, community, economic, enterprise and skills development. His career began in the private sector with specific expertise in business analysis, organisational change, and technology. He is experienced in engagement and facilitation, with a particular focus on community development and co-production. Andy is also a recognised and experienced trainer having delivered courses in subjects as diverse as European Structural Funds, community cohesion and capacity building for elected members.

Jenny has an MA in Gender and a BA in English. She is a practitioner of Insights Discovery, CliftonStrenghts and 360 degree feedback tools.

Martyn Palfreman

Martyn Palfreman

Public sector leadership, policy development and implementation, service improvement, health and social care, and strategic planning. Holds a BSc (Econ) in Politics and an MSc (Econ) with distinction in Politics and Public Policy. With 32 years in local government across England and Wales and 23 years at the national and regional level in Wales, Martyn has driven significant policy and service transformations. He led the development of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act and managed multi-million-pound integration programmes in health and care partnerships. As an independent consultant since 2021, he has led strategic reviews, developed housing support strategies, and supported health boards and public health teams.
