Kathy has over 25 years of experience leading public, community, and voluntary organizations. She is known for her motivational leadership, strategic influence, and commercial acumen. Committed to evidence-based policy and decision-making, she ensures the voices of those with lived experience influence outcomes. Kathy excels in combining data-driven insights with strategic partnerships to create and deliver shared visions.

Enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. Occasionally runs or walks the local roads, with aspirations of marathon relay participation. Passionate about education and community service, she supports a local post-primary school as a governor and chair of its Audit and Risk Committee. She also serves on the board of Co. Down Rural Community Network and is Vice Chair of the Belfast City Airport Consultative Forum.

Hugh provides strategic and leadership support to the public sector and non-profits. He is passionate about sustainability, public-service values, and facilitating change through co-productive principles. He focusses on behavioural aspects of change, ensuring positive behaviours and relationships are central to successful and sustainable change. Well-networked with a comprehensive understanding of the public policy agenda, he is known for connecting people and organisations across public and third-sector services, helping leaders navigate complex systems through a citizen-centric lens, and ensuring strengths-based enabling behaviours and positive psychology principles are considered in all change programs.

Hugh is a passionate walker/hiker and spends a lot of his time with his dogs on hills. When his knee isn’t knackered he’s known to do a bit of running and cycling too. He enjoys time with family and friends. Hugh is an experienced NED and has served on several NFP boards. He currently chairs a Welsh Housing Association that specialises in services to homeless people and people escaping domestic violence.

Debbie has over 25 years' experience within the field of Human Resources, Change Management, Organisation Re-design and Organisation Development.  Debbie has worked in senior roles across the public and private sector helping build strategic people plans.  She is skilled in business development, commercial acumen and building lasting, impactful customer relationships.  Known for her ability to understand how to get where things need to be, Debbie brings people along on the journey,  challenges cultural norms and drives collaborative working.

Experienced practitioner, with thirty years’ experience in the public sector as both a senior leader and consultant. Andy has spent many years working in the areas of health & social care, community, economic, enterprise and skills development. His career began in the private sector with specific expertise in business analysis, organisational change, and technology. He is experienced in engagement and facilitation, with a particular focus on community development and co-production. Andy is also a recognised and experienced trainer having delivered courses in subjects as diverse as European Structural Funds, community cohesion and capacity building for elected members.

Moving from the private to the public sector to the public sector was designed to align Andy’s core belief in delivering social value before profit. This allowed him to bring the analytical skills from an initial training in engineering and business analysis to his work, including research and data informed decision-making/delivery. His personal core values are driven by the desire to establish a shared vision in a collaborative environment ensuring benefit for all.

When not enjoying time with friends at gigs (anything from soul, jazz, and fusion to the occasionally indie rockers) Andy is mainly focused on his family. Also enjoys a ‘pootle’ as a very occasional cyclist. Additionally, and as part of his commitment to the local community Andy volunteers as a trustee of Involve Northwest a charity focused on supporting people to move from economic inactivity to work; delivering welfare rights advice and information; and supporting victims of domestic violence.

Qualified Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach and Facilitator. Committed to coaching excellence, Jenny heads up Corporate Development in Northern Ireland with the Association for Coaching. Jenny has an MA in Gender and a BA in English. She is a practitioner of Insights Discovery, CliftonStrenghts and 360 degree feedback tools.

At PayPal for 10 years, Jenny helped to fuel its growth from start-up to a multi-billion dollar company. A seasoned leader herself, Jenny brings high support and constructive challenge to those who partner with her. Jenny’s clients operate across all sectors and at every level, including C-suite.

Jenny spends as much time as possible in the great outdoors and enjoys yoga by the sea. Jenny has a heart for building more inclusive workplaces. She is a regional member of the senior leadership team at Lean In, which exists to support women with the skills and confidence to advance in their careers.

Works with organisations to innovate, to shape and deliver progressive strategies, to respond to changes in their operating environment, or interventions that address culture and engage their people. This is often to boost organisational performance, to adapt and evolve, and to enhance service-user and customer-centric services. Partners with clients to address the human dimensions of change.

Edward believes in the power of diverse intelligences, where collectively we can better understand what is, what could be, and what comes next. This includes working closely with clients to find responses that build on their collective strengths. This comes from a background in psychology, working with communities and populations on behavior change, before then focusing on how organisations can grow public impact.

As with work, Edward has diverse interests, including open water swimming, field archery, singing in a community choir, having fun with his sprawling menagerie of a family, or walking round the block with his Siberian Forest cat.

Bruce's experience is key to building relationships within and across organisations on collaborative and change projects.  He has a track record in helping organisations tackle complex challenges, acting as an honest broker across organisational boundaries to deliver tangible changes to public services for the benefit of citizens.

Following training as a nurse, Bruce has over 25 years experience in the NHS in largely in public health and NHS board level leadership roles that placed him firmly in community and place-based work, cross sector partnerships and strategic planning.  Since becoming freelance in 2016 he has continued to deliver to public sector clients based on his public service values and in depth experiences of leading cross- sectoral working.

He enjoys the freedom to travel that self-employment brings, living his sustainable values as far as possible, particularly through sourcing and cooking local seasonal food.  He supports a local artisan delicatessen business through coaching and hands on help.  He is active and a member of his local LGBTQI running group. 

Public sector leadership, policy development and implementation, service improvement, health and social care, and strategic planning. Holds a BSc (Econ) in Politics and an MSc (Econ) with distinction in Politics and Public Policy. With 32 years in local government across England and Wales and 23 years at the national and regional level in Wales, Martyn has driven significant policy and service transformations. He led the development of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act and managed multi-million-pound integration programmes in health and care partnerships. As an independent consultant since 2021, he has led strategic reviews, developed housing support strategies, and supported health boards and public health teams.

Martyn is dedicated to public service, leveraging his extensive experience to strengthen the sector. His approach focuses on equipping organisations, teams, and individuals to achieve better outcomes for communities. Known for his ability to influence change and foster collaboration, Martyn works across organisational and sectoral boundaries to build partnerships and find common ground. His facilitation style is energetic and motivational, aiming to unite diverse stakeholders in achieving shared goals.

Actively involved in community activities, Martyn represents a County Council ward in Llanelli and serves as a governor at a local primary school. As a parent, he engages in various sporting activities for children and young people in the area. Martyn is also a member of a local church with a vibrant outreach ministry to underprivileged and excluded communities.
